Shipping policy
Base Camp Beauty offer both domestic and international shipping options. We ship domestically via Australia Post (Parcel Post), and internationally via Australia Post International (Standard). Both delivery methods include tracking.
The Base Camp Beauty webstore fulfilment centre is based in Australia.
Australian Domestic: Australian orders are shipped through Australia Post (Parcel Post), with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days. Domestic delivery is automatically labelled as 'Authority to Leave', which means it doesn't require a signature.
International: International orders are shipped through Australia Post International (Standard) with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days. Out of range and/or regional or remote areas/countries may not be supported by our shipping providers. If your selected shipping destination is in an area that is not supported, we will contact you to discuss delivery options. Australia Post International (Standard) delivery is automatically labelled as 'Authority to Leave', which means it doesn't require a signature. International deliveries are transferred to the postal carrier of the destination country. To find out who will be responsible for final delivery in your country, please visit the AusPost International Post Guide, enter your country and your carrier will be listed in the final paragraph of "Delivery locations & exclusions data (Personal)".
Important information regarding international orders:
If an order is marked as "Return to Sender" due to being unclaimed, incorrect address details, or failure to collect from customs or the local postal service, we are not responsible for reshipping or refunding the order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their parcel and ensure they claim it once it arrives in their country. If an order is returned to us, we may be able to resend it, but additional shipping fees may apply. Please reach out to us with your order number and we'll be happy to help.

Will I be charged Duties and/or Taxes?
Base Camp Beauty is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow us up to 3 business days to process and confirm your order.
Orders successfully processed are issued a tracking link, then dispatched the following business day. Delivery time frames vary by destination, and an ETA may be included on your tracking page.
During sale, promotional, high volume periods, and Australian public holidays, please allow additional days for order processing and dispatch. Transit times are measured at the point of dispatch. Time frames listed below are estimates only. Due to disruptions, natural disasters, and/or civil unrest some carriers are experiencing delays. My parcel is taking longer than the estimated delivery time. What should I do?
At times delays can occur which are outside Base Camp Beauty's control, and which we are not responsible for.
If your parcel is taking longer than our estimate, please first reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number, as they will have the most current information.

I placed an order that contains a pre-order, when will my parcel be shipped?
Orders of multiple items of which includes a pre-order product, will be dispatched complete, once all items are on-hand. We may be able to arrange split shipment, however additional shipping fees may apply. Feel free to contact us.
