Firstly, we were so excited to have you! You are one of the most hard working models out there right now. We’d love to chat to you about how you keep your health, wellness and sanity with the constant travel and long days on set.

What’s the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?

The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is have a glass of cold water, make a coffee and relax for an hour before I get ready for my day.

What are you listening to right now?

I'm currently listening to Summer Walker's album Still Over It.

How do you make time for yourself?

I make sure that I switch off after dinner and schedule time off if work is busy.

What are you working on right now?

When you go away, what do you always have in your makeup bag?

When I go away, I always have my Bare Minerals SPF tinted moisturiser, mascara and eyelash curler.

Having a busy lifestyle, how do you practice self-care and what's your favourite way to use your Base Camp Beauty Gua Sha?

Work has been so busy the past year that I try to take at a few days off a month purely for self-care and to catch up with friends/family. Self care day = a massage, Pilates, and sleep ins without feeling guilty!
My favourite way to use my Base Camp Gua Sha is after I finish applying my moisturiser. I get puffy eyes in the morning and find Gua Sha improves the appearance of them and makes me look refreshed. A must before any event/photoshoot!

What are 3 beauty products you just can't live without?

I can't live without my Cosmedispa Collagen Cleansing Gel, Illumawhite (moisturiser) and also my Aveeno body moisturiser.

What do you like to do when you have a day off?

On my day off I like to catch up on sleep, go to the beach and have a nice lunch/dinner at a restaurant.

What do you take on “carry on” when you do an international flight?

The items in my carry-on baggage for an international flight includes a water bottle, laptop, headphones, my travel sized beauty products (moisturiser, cleanser etc), dental hygiene products, socks/slippers and snacks!
